Beyadi Aqra platform provides these terms and conditions to inform the honorable users of the policy and legal practices of the application and the website; therefore, kindly read these terms and conditions thoroughly before using this online platform. 1.Definitions:

• Beyadi Aqra: It is a platform consisting of an application for smartphones and a website under the supervision of Sultan Qaboos University in the Sultanate of Oman. The application intends to create textbooks for visually impaired students in educational institutions by linking beneficiary students with the teaching staff members in that educational institution, in addition to the participation of volunteers from within and outside the organization in the process.
• Beneficiary students: Students with visual impairment (completely or partially blind) who are officially registered in the educational institution and who experience challenges in accessing the content of textbooks or study materials.
• Teaching staff members: They are the officially registered lecturers in the educational institution who teach visually impaired students.
• Volunteers: Every visually intact individual who belongs to that educational institution or outside it and has the ability to provide the services provided by the platform electronically.
• The administration: The supervising party of the Beyadi Aqra platform, and who has the right to manage the various operations provided by the application or website in cooperation with other departments at Sultan Qaboos University.
• Electronic Devices: They include computers, tablets, and smartphones.

2.Data Protection:

• Any personal information you provide us with when you use this application or website will be treated according to our privacy policy.
• All personal information, including names - phone numbers - email addresses – addresses – provided to us will not be shared or disclosed to any third party.

3.Property Rights:

• It is not permissible to copy, modify, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell, or transfer any materials on this application or website, whether in whole or in part, without a prior explicit written authorization.
• The contents of this application or website may be downloaded, printed, or copied for personal use, only for students benefiting from the service (the visually impaired students) and are authorized to do so.
